May 10, 2013-9.7 miles from Boston in Quincy, Massachusetts, an unidentified and according to the FAA, manned aircraft has been circling the city from dusk till dawn for the past ten days. Official inquiries to the FAA and federal government have not been met with in any forthcoming manner. Who knows? Maybe it's on a timer.....
